The toilet seat was broke, the coffee machine was broke, you had to hold the coffee holder in order to brew coffee. There was false advertisement for a breakfast.
i was happy with the price of the room for one night was awesome :) and perfect location not far from anythign :)
lack of maintenance on the room they need more lighting and better showers and fix small things that are broken.
The staff was great, the room was clean and comfortable.
We didn't like that they charge extra for parking,so we left the car at the casino free.
I was looking for a hotel for an evening for my husbands birthday, I called and made sure It was a hotel and not a motel and that it had all the amenities I wanted. I got a great deal, 55$. I showed up and didn't even want to step out of my vehicle, it was nowhere near what I was told. I would even want to recommend this to a homeless person. It was scary, once I got out I went to reception office which was closed and told me to go to the motel next to it. I went there to cancel and they couldn't help me. On my way back I was approached by a couple men, being 9 months pregnant I was terrified. This motel was sleezie and did not resemble anything from there website.
Everything. I felt like a hooker showing up there. Not a family place
Cold, damp, recording played over and over from across the street! Parking was extra that I was not told!
Would never stay there again. Not at all what I thought it would be like. I travel a lot and I wouldn't even give it 1 star. Very dirty and run down. The office was closed before 11:00 pm and we had to walk to a neighboring hotel with any questions or problems. No phone in the room to even call office. Towels were stained. I could go on and on. I learned a lesson about trying to get a deal through certain websites. I will definitely do a lot more research next time.
It's extremely close to everything in The Falls. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I have stayed at the Fallsview Lodge on 2 occasions now and i'll always stay there when I go to Niagara falls!
The spa (in the Baymont) was unbearably hot on one of the evenings we went to use it.
it was not far from the falls
while i was checking in the lady behind desk charged everyone different prices, we had no phone, no coffee maker or no remote. went to office they said they would bring us remote and coffee maker never did get it after being told three times we would.very poor service washrooms very bad shape .ice machine didnt work were told to go to hotel next door to get ice.had to go twice because they ran out because our hotel was using it. go it twenty min later
The desk person tried to double our booking price and told us that it was booked for one night instead of two. We had to have our father call them to get the booking right...the man then said to father sorry for the mistake. But said nothing to us. The room was in need of repairs...Lamp was broken, tub was very close to the bed. The pool they had was across the street at another hotel (one they owned and was much nicer). They seem to want to try to rip us off until we had our father call them. We are 20 & 23 years old and look younger, so I feel they thought they could pull one over on us.
How close it was to the main attractions. We were able to use the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi next door. The parking at the hotel was a nice touch. I was within walking distant to restaurants.
The rooms were old with no frige. The pool and ice machine were located in another hotel run by the same owner.
location clean towls and bedding
dirty bathroom poor service poor parking very noisy at night no refreshments provided and none available at the lodge
It was the worse experience ever. Health Canada should visit the place. It is not worth to put in it pigs. I would appreciate a phone call from you do I can explain more. I would also like to ask you to visit that place yourself a d see by your own eyes. I also ask for a full refund of my money and a weekend stay at a luxury hotel with my family as a sign of apology for the emmbaredment and the pain I had that night. Just to let you know that we did not sleep at that place that night. Please call me you have my phone number. Thanks Antoine
It was a good price for just a room in a handy location.
The fact we were charged an extra 10$ parking charge and saw this written nowhere that we had to pay for parking. It's more than likely guests will be in a vehicle and have to park like every other motel so this is a bit of a jip. I may have considered paying for a 59.95 room elsewhere just knowing this prior so thought it a bit false advertising. Also, the bathroom, although clean was very shabby and in dire need of redecorating and renovation. There was a wet spot on carpet by bed close to bathroom and I forgot to mention this to the front desk upon leaving.
I loved the location...Definately close to everything..especially Clifton Hills and the Falls.
The rooms were outdated, dirty, spiders and spiderwebs on walls, and lamps. Under our bed we found empty beer bottles, pop cans and garbage.
The only thing positive I can say about this place was the location. It was close to all the attractions and the Falls.
It was dirty, loud and rundown. The indoor heated pool was not located in the hotel it ws next door, in another location and it was packed with disrespectfull teenagers who were drinking, yelling and partying all night. The beds were uncomfortable and upon arriving the space heater in the bathroom was broken and wuld not turn off causing our room to be unbearably hot and we had to switch to another room on the top floor which only had double beds and had asked for queen beds as it was for 2 adults and 2 children. Overall I would never stay here again. We even cancelled our second night stay upon arrival as we hated it that much.
